| | Posted on 9/3/2026 6:06:22 PM 10 hours ago | I am reaching out for urgent assistance regarding a recurring issue with my trivia bot. I really want this software to work for my setup so I can upgrade to a lifetime license later, but a current bug is making the bot unusable.
The Issue
Whenever I attempt to upload additional question files into the bot, the graphical user interface completely hangs and freezes up. Because I cannot add or update my question banks, I am unable to use the bot effectively.
Support Status
We briefly touched base via PT chat earlier regarding a remote troubleshooting session, but I haven't heard back since. I completely understand that things get busy, but I would love to get this sorted out soon.
Looking Forward
As I am currently within the 60-day trial window(money back), my preference is to work together with you to find a quick fix or patch for this upload issue so I can keep using and evaluating the software.
Could we please schedule a time to look into this via remote session or try out an alternative workaround? I look forward to your guidance so we can get this running smoothly.
