Administrator | | Posted on 2/11/2020 5:18:20 PM 1879 days ago | You can change the role by going to Messenger -> Show all users. Search for the username and click Edit ... once there go to role and select VIP then save the user.
If you're using the command then you can do as follow:
+vip [username] |
