So I had just purchased a renewal of the activation license for TriviaMaster which is working great by the way, however I am going to be moving and without internet for a few months, I would like to give my license to someone who will continue to run the bot on paltalk, it would be a permanent solution to my current situation.
Is this possible to do? And if yes what do we need to do to transfer it to them?

Administrator | | Posted on 6/20/2025 12:48:10 AM 9 days ago | If you’ve purchased a new computer or need to transfer your license, simply go to About -> Unregister. This will remove the key from the current computer and allow activation on any other PC, regardless of network.
If you’re unable to access the software, you can also reactivate your key through this website. Just click on "License / Key Activation" in the top-left menu, then select "Reactivate Serial Key". Enter your Order ID and Serial Key to complete activation. |

| | Posted on 6/23/2025 8:30:20 AM 5 days ago | | I just purchased a new computer and am attempting to unregister the previous instance to input on the new computer. I am going to the "About" section but do not see anything saying "Unregister" as an option. I have reactivated my previous key already. It gives me an error code when I attempt adding my information to select "Pro Version" on the actual application when on Paltalk. Please advise. Thank you in advance. |

| | Posted on 6/25/2025 12:16:44 PM 3 days ago | | It allows me to successfully reactivate my serial key, but it does not allow me to input my codes into the greeter to activate its use to Pro Version when on Paltalk. i.e. to convert from the free version. |
